Garlic Prawns
A Little Note
This is good as a light dinner or a starter.
Ingredients
Uncooked Prawns
4 large cloves of garlic
A baguette – sliced
Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley
Method
Chop half your Garlic and smoosh the rest in a garlic press, then add to a frying pan with the prawns. Add a few chugs of Olive Oil and fry on a very low heat.
In a separate pan, drizzle the bread slices with olive oil and fry lightly on each side until they’re golden.
Keep the prawns moving and try not to let the garlic burn. The prawns will be pink when they’re cooked.
Serve in a bowl with all the juices and sprinkle with lots of fresh chopped parsley and a slice of lemon. Use the fried baguette to mop up the juices!
